My ice maker kept jamming, and I was getting frustrated. The repairman, Chris, discovered that the auger motor was malfunctioning and causing ice to get stuck. He replaced the motor, cleaned out the ice bin, and even lubricated some of the moving parts. It’s been running smoothly ever since. Excellent work!
