My washer started vibrating so much that I was worried it would drill through the floor. It was impossible to ignore, and my neighbors were not happy either. The repairman arrived, adjusted the drum, and replaced a worn-out bearing. He even joked that the washer was “training for an earthquake.” Great service—thank you!
