I don’t know how it happened, but one burner stopped working, and the other started heating everything as if it was on some sort of “volcano mode.” I was ready to give up cooking altogether. The technician arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and explained it in detail. Now I have a fully functioning cooktop, and my culinary experiments are back on track. Muchas gracias!
