My microwave wouldn’t stop beeping, even when it wasn’t in use. Technician Joe found that the keypad was short-circuited due to a liquid spill (oops!). He replaced it and tested everything thoroughly. Very professional and didn’t make me feel bad about the accident. Great experience!
