I had an issue with my ice maker—it wasn’t producing ice, and I couldn’t figure out why. Technician Tim arrived promptly and found that the water line was frozen. He carefully thawed it, replaced a faulty valve, and even cleaned the filter to improve water flow. Now it’s working perfectly. Great job and very thorough!
